As the Head of Maths at St. Edward's School in Cheltenham, with 18 years of teaching experience, I'm embarking on an exciting journey into Higher Performance Learning (HPL). Despite my seasoned expertise in teaching, HPL is a new horizon for me. I eagerly anticipate the challenge of exploring and integrating HPL principles into both my personal teaching methodologies and within the broader scope of our department's practices.
