    HPL International Research School is a status that can be awarded to HPL accredited schools who are active within the HPL Fellowship and Global Community (FGC) and meet the eligibility criteria. By adopting HPL, with its exceptional research-base, you have already demonstrated your commitment to using Evidence Informed Practice. As an HPL International Research School you will take this a step further by ensuring a Research Culture. This is where your school’s development systematically utilises Research Evidence and Practitioner Research to inform practice and guide your quest for educational excellence. Through this approach you will optimise the impact of HPL on school and student performance. Evidence suggests that operating as a school with a strong research culture benefits both staff and students - providing engaging and challenging opportunities for both, and making the school a vibrant and forward looking establishment.
